Pros:

None

Cons:

This device completely ruined my skin.. It leaves permanent marks, unless you use it on extremely early acne, most of which can be cured by medication

STRONGLY recommend against this device. you will regret using it!

Pros:

I used it on 3 pimples as soon as I got it and they were gone the next day. Way better than irritating topicals which take forever to work.

Cons:

None

This is the only site where I have read negative reviews and purchased it after all the positive ones I read on several other sites. I think Zeno is an innovative and effective tool for acne.

Pros:

the pimple would go down.... for a few hours!

Cons:

then it would come right back up again

far too expensive. and can burn the skin. you might as well just place your face against a radiator.

Pros:

Goes to work quickly on cystic-type bumps below the skin surface;
good for monthly hormonal flare-ups on the chin

Cons:

Pricey little gadget!

I use this whenever I get one of those pesky bumps on my chin. It is important to use the Zeno as soon as you feel the nodule coming up. I use this no more than a total of three times (once morning, once evening and then once next morning) on the bump and it stops it dead in its tracks. When I didn't have the Zeno, no other topical would work for me and the nodule would just hang around for what seemed like forever. The Zeno really lessened the time the bump was around. I was very impressed. Does burn a little, so be sure to let it rest lightly on the skin (don't press hard).

Pros:

Probably reduced the severity but not even sure about that

Cons:

Does not work for all
Very expensive to buy
Very expensive per pimple to operatie

It did not work for me. I used it as recommended about 3 times in 24 hours for a pimple that I caught pretty early on. It seemed like it has reduce the bump but the pimple never went away. In fact after 3 days it came back. Good that Walgreens take it back.

Pros:

Worked the first time but I was constantly breaking out and soon ran out of treatments.

Cons:

Has not worked this time ( 2 months later). Way too time consuming if you really have acne. It probably would be good for those who get 1 or 2 pimples a month or even a week. But I'm not that "lucky"

I would take it back but I hate it when they ask you why you are returning the product...isn't is obvious. You can probably get the same effect with a washcloth and bowl of hot water. lol $150 vs $1!

Cons:

Price, Effect, More Hope Wasted, Burning.

First time used, it worked as the packaging said, so I kept it. After the initial trial, it would burn my sensitive and pale skin leaving a red mark everytime, which would take a couple days to heal. A

Waste of time, money, space and hope.

Cons:

It didn't work.

I used it when I felt one coming on and did as instructed. Did not do anything, the pimple continued to get bigger.

Pros:

it helped some of my pimples but overall didn't really affect anything.

Cons:

if you do multiple treatments in one setting, it can be time consuming. the instructions say to use it "as soon as you feel a pimple coming on" and i've done that plenty of times and the pimple just got bigger instead of going away...

too much money, too little effect.
