Pros:

Spots do go reasonably quickly

Cons:

Extremely dry skin and redness!!!!!

I have suffered from acne for years but always just 'put up with it' but had a really bad outbreak and a friend recommended to me. The first 3 days i used it there were no problems and my spots got noticeably better, but on day 4 my skin went really really red and dry and itched terribly to the point of wanting to stratch my face off!!! I am moisturising but as at day 5 it still looks and feels as bad, maybe i just over used it wanting the results or it did not agree with me. I would recommend but proceed with caution.........

Pros:

Cleared up spots quickly and effectively.

Cons:

A bit of irritation and soreness - but hey spots or dry skin? It wasn't a difficult choice.

The best product I have used. Drys out your skin and has reduced my spots amazingly. I am 100% happy with this and the little side effect of dry skin....who cares - moisturise.

Pros:

It works, what more can I say? My severe hormonal acne (due to polycystic ovarian syndrome) cleared up in around 6-8 weeks and after just a few days the unafected skin was brighter and smoother which people commented on.

Cons:

My skin did get a little sore and dry on my chin but kept going and it soon went away, well worth it though for clear skin!

Don't waste your money on any other over the counter product or miracle cream try this one first its affordable and does the job I cant say enough about quinoderm It worked better than the cream my doctor gave me on perscription!

Pros:

Dries up yucky whiteheads. Takes a little time but this cream really does the job and dries up spots and then they clear within a matter of days.

Cons:

stings when you first use it. Leaves the skin a red and tingly all over when first used. Takes a while to get rid of big sore spots

Really dries up spots then they clear, affordable only £3 a tube! It helps keep away the annoying whiteheads.

not too good

Pros:

works on some people

Cons:

leaves skin very dry and flakey
inconvenient usage (3 times a day)
had absolutly no effect on me

I've developed my acne problem about 7 months ago just after I turned 16. I went on 10% benzyl peroxide 5%antibiotic for 3 months and literally nothing happened. I had about 1 good day each month and then my acne would just flair up again. Also, my skin (especially around my mouth) was extremely dry and flakey for the entire 3 months I was on it for, this obviously took some doing because I normally have very oily skin. Saying that, my friend was prescribed exactly the same thing as me and after 3 months her acne was completely gone. It must just work on certain people and not others.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Broke me out in a horrible rash and burned.

Might be worth a try for some people but not me. Be careful to apply a tiny amount just in case you get a similar reaction. If Quinoderm work try teenage dream by mama nature. My mom bought me this and I'm telling you this worked for me better than all the other c**p I've tried. It works scientifically but is natural. Even though my acne is mostly gone I use it every day cos it is great for my skin. Again, although this has been outstanding for my skin I would still recommend if you buy this to try a little in case it doesn't agree with your skin. It should be alright though cos it is natural. It is much more expensive than quinoderm.
