So far...amazing
I have experienced minor to moderate breakouts since I was 13. Now at 24, I recently experienced what I like to refer to as a heat/sweat/humidity breakout. I work outside in the summer and my already very oily skin can't handle a lot of extra sweat & humidity. My breakout was mostly tiny little bumps that just made my face look and feel dirty, but they weren't actually pimples. I was also had a couple cysts and whiteheads appear. I started using acnefree twice daily and by the end of the second day I noticed my whiteheads and little bumps starting to clear up. I won't claim that my breakout simply disappeared, but now one week into acne free it is continuing to clear up and my skins texture is so much nicer. I use all three products at night, and the cleanser and step 3 (just for spot treatment) in the morning. The second and third day I used the system my face did feel a little dry and tight, but I quickly adjusted to the benzoyl peroxide and my face feels great now. Also take into consideration that I have very oily skin...if you have dry skin this will probably be more harsh for you. All in all, one week in I am very, very happy with this product

Simply works
I've had acne for a few years, same with a lot of people i've tried most things, differin, Dans regimen (which did work) but nothing like this. best thing i've used, beware not to use it more than twice a day or you'll wake up with your skin burnt off. Add a moisturizer and make it a 4 step thing, that's a must. Toner works well to even skin nicely. Gonna keep buying it

Amazing Product.

Pros:

Clears Skin
Makes Skin Soft
Affordable

Cons:

Dried My Skin Slightly in the for a Week or Two.

I love this product! I will already say this, I do not use the toner that comes with this. I only use the cleanser and the repair lotion. I do however use the Clean & Clear Deep Cleaning Astringent with 2% Salicylic Acid, and the Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. Now on to the actual review of this product. I love the cleanser, especially with the AcneFree Advanced Deep Cleansing Brush. My skin feel so great after washing my face. The repair lotion is great also. I apply it all over my face. I use about the length of my fingers. My face is very soft after using it. For the first week or two it made my face a little dry, which is easily controlled by my moisturizer. My face is nearly all clear except 3 pimples and a few scars. Which is really great considering I would have more than 20 at a time. The Regimen just didn't work for me, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you, and just because my routine works for me, doesn't mean it will work for you.

For the record when I started using this product I think what is now called the Severe Acne System was the only Acne Free system available. It is packaged with the same items now as the original, and works just exactly the same. I first used this product when I was about fifteen. I had been to dermatologists, having used both over the counter and prescription medicines, with no results. Within a month, it was close to gone except for the occasional pimple or two. I continued using it until I was nineteen, for various different reasons but none reflecting on the product its self. After I stopped use I began to flare up again but left it untreated for about a year. I tried a few other products wondering if I could get the perfect skin they advertised, the most disappointing one ended up being Pro-Activ, which made my flare ups even worse. The reason why I didn't go back to Acne Free? As said, I was in search for that perfect cure. Just recently did I go back and I'm so glad I did. From where I had neglected or tried different brands, I had developed acne scars, and was even getting adult acne (now 23) in places I had never experienced it before such as my jaw and cheeks. Once I started using Acne Free, my husband noticed a considerable change within a 48 hours. The redness lightened and the bumps decreased in size. Each day my skin has improved, my acne scars are already beginning to fade, my complexion is appearing much healthier, appearing less oily, more evenly toned, and softer to the touch. There are cons. As listed above, to make sure my hair doesn't come in contact I pull it back. I use a white towel and wash my face unclothed. For moisturizer, as this stuff is very strong and will dry your skin out, if I'm not going any where I use Neutrogena moisturizer only, if I am I can also use tanning lotion for SPF protection. Lastly, missing a day can cause break outs, so just be consistent. That goes for most brands. Give it a shot! It's a

Pros:

-works like it says
-results in 24 hours
-easy to use
-great quick fix

Cons:

- chemicals
- whitens fabrics
- pricey
- doesn't get to root of the problem
-will not help in long term

-used this in the past and didn't work. usually topical chemical don't work for me unless i am eating somewhat healthy -had great skin for a while by taking care of my body but in the past couple months i been eating lots of fast food, decreasing water, etc and well had ugly nasty breakout. Used this and within 24 hours it was controlled -i don't have a cleansing routine, dont need one when taking care of body, but i am gonna stick with this till i can get back to loving my body and staying consistent with healthy diet and exercise. Its a great short term temporary fix. pretty sure like proactive (used in past for months) it works till your skin gets used to it, then all hell breaks lose...

Pros:

It worked for me!

Cons:

I began to eat foods that I could not eat before before and now have a weight gain.

I have never submitted a review before on a product but I just had to share my experience with AcneFree.. I am 56 years old and up to age 54 suffered immeasurably with acne. I tried everything on the market from diets, stringents, medication such as Accutane (went away but came back a year later) and all the various cycline meds. I saw this product and started using it two years ago and of course I was skeptical at first but I had almost immediate relief over a course of two weeks and have never looked back. I even started eating things I thought I could never eat again. This product may not work for everyone but it sure worked for me. I only wish I could have had AcneFree back when I was a teenager, my life most certainly would have been changed. Thank you AcneFree!

Pros:

Affordable, available at local pharmacies, and its effective.

Cons:

Dries the skin

I have bad acne all along my jaw line. I have tried lots of other benzoyl peroxide products (even prescription) and this products works better than all the others I have tried. This product actually started clearing my skin within the first week. I still have a few spots, but my acne has improved very much with this product. I highly recommend this product if you need something to keep your acne at bay. However, this product is not a cure, you must use it everyday in order to keep your skin clear.

Pros:

Doesn't dry out skin
Made all my acne go away!
Affordable price

Cons:

Smells like a pool.

This was the last product I was going to try before I made an appointment to my dermatologist. I've tried St.Ives, and Neutrogena, both sort of worked, but seriously dried out my skin and didn't really get rid of all my acne. Of course, being a teenager means that you're going to get acne, but that doesn't meant you're NOT going to be embarrassed when one just pops out in the middle of your face. When I first used this I loved it. It made my face feel fresh and I could already feel the smoothness of my skin. Although I don't like the smell of the product, it's a small price to pay for beautiful skin. After OVERNIGHT I already saw a huge improvement on my face, I had a terrible acne spot on my right cheek and the next day it was already almost gone. I was completely shocked and I was incredibly happy. I've only had this product for about a week, but already my skin was clear of acne after 3 days of use. The great thing about this product is that it is also safe to use on your chest and back. :D Overall, I think everyone should buy this item now I'm not embarrassed about my face, and I'll be going back to school in a couple weeks happy and confident.

Pros:

Works Very Fast
Affordable
Has a sesitive skin line

Cons:

Made my skin a little itchy. (But I have super sensitve skin)

I purchased the Sensitive Skin set, and use it twice a day. I started seeing results in about 2 days. Some say it's drying but I would expect that in any thing with high benzoyl peroxide levels. That is why I also use a moisturizer made by a different company. All in all I'm very happy with it.

Cons:

Lotion slightly dries out the skin

I got this product at cvs for $15 on sale. I am 13 and have light to moderate acne and blackheads. I read reviews and decided to ride my bike to cvs and give it a try. I had a huge pimple on my lip and after the 2nd use on the first day i noticed the pimple was virtually gone. I have been concistently using this for 4 days and i can see major improvements on my skin! The steps are easy: 1. Cleanser. Wet your face and massage a bit of cleanser throughtout your entire face to open your pores and rinse. 2. Toner. Using a cotton ball put a bit of toner on your entire face after it is dry. Let the toner dry and apple step 3. 3. Repair lotion. Using a cotton ball use lotion in the problem areas ( or entire face if you wish) The lotion does dry out your skin so use a spf lotion of cream on your face afterwards. Thats all! A 7 minute process! Like i said, so far i am very satisfied with this product! Message me if you have any questions! Go AcneFree!!!
