Pros:

does clear some acne
less than proactiv
makes skin slightly smoother

Cons:

TAKES FOREVER!!!

i have really bad acne so i tried this. at first i noticed that some of my breakouts were gone. but after i kept using it nothing happened.

Pros:

Keeps skin clean and clear, benzoyl peroxide is effective at reducing redness of zits

Cons:

Redness if you use too much of each product or leave the cleanser or toner on too long.

I use this product a particular way. Since many complained of the cleanser causing redness and irritation, I wet my face, rub the cleanser quickly on, then wash it off immediately so that it cleans all the oil off but doesn't redden my skin. I don't use the toner because the one time I used it, it made my skin very red (and it contains alcohol as a main ingredient). Then I use the benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment. Spreading it over a large area does nothing for my skin except irritate it. I find that this product works really well this way. Granted, my acne was under control when I first started using it but it keeps new breakouts from forming and gives my skin time to heal. I definitely recommend it for people with light to moderate acne.

Pros:

No new breakouts while using
Retinol makes skin look very healthy
Helps with redness and scars
Doesn't dry out face/skin is soft

Cons:

Some pimples not gone but barely visible
Sometimes face is not clean enough (oily)

I don't know why so many people say it dries out their face! My dad had this one day when I came home and I was cynical because what I was using (neutragena oil free cleanser, recommend!) was really good in that it cleaned my face but my skin was moisturized. However the toner/spot treatment was very ineffective. I have pretty oily skin, but when I use drying products it's dry with oil as well, not fun! This product has made my face look WAY better, never dried it out, but im used to washing my face whenever I can, but now that I'm only washing twice a day my face feels oily midday. I just use some oil absorbing sheets and maybe a little hand sanitizer to get rid of excess oil without washing my face all over. My face hasn't looked this good since I was 5 lol, recommend to oily skin or difficult acne/scars. If your skin is dry or pretty clear don't try the SEVERE kit you have other options but AcneFree is my all-time favorite! 2nd favorite was Clean n Clear system, tried Proativ but these two beat it.

Pros:

clear acne and gets rid of blackheads and whiteheads

Cons:

first few days skin get really dry red and achy

i tried everything so i had nothing to loose n within a week i seen wonders that i never saw with other products i used even tho i only use the cleanser and the terminator and its working great give it a try its so cheap and 10x better than proactive more gentler im so glad i found this i just want everybody who suffer with acne to know cuz i know what it it feels to have acne since im 14 and im 24 now adult acne it sucks. try it its great ..hope it works for u too

i have been using this product for about a month and it has totally cleared up my acne and my acne marks. I did experience some dryness for the first few days but after that my skin felt really smooth. I recommend this product to young skin like mind because it really works and it doesnt harm your skin at all it just makes you look better

*see a change overnight
*no dry skin/rash
*cheap
*works exactly like proactive
*makes skin smooth and completely clear within a month
*can get it in almost any store

This stuff worked a MIRACLE on me. i used to have acne so bad that you couldnt even see my skin... it was just all acne. Now that ive been using Acnefree... my skin is COMPLETELY CLEAR. I cant find even one zit on my face! I encourage everyone to try it! Most acne products didnt work for me... but this one did completely! It works great!

I a teenager and have been using this product for about 4.5 months now. I have had pretty good sucess with this product. By the end of my first set my skin was almost clear except for some small untoicable skin colored bumps by my nose , and some noticable skin colored bumps on my cheeks and forehead. Along with a 1-2 small zits... this may sound unsucessful but from where i started i was very happy. In other reviews i saw people mention drying out that is the repair lotion that has the benzoyl peroxide which dries the face, so what i recommend is cutting back the use of the repair lotion to just once a day or every other day or stoping with the RL until the dryness goes down. If that does not work just use the cleanser in the morning and maybe one of the other two at night. And if u expirence breaking out more in the begining, its normal and keep using the product. Anyway now I am on my second set, between buying sets i skipped a few days and my face totally broke out and i havent been able to get my skin back to how it use to be when i finished my first set, and that may be because i sometimes dont use the full set of 3 even when my face isnt dried out. What i also recommend using with this is burts bee acne spot treatment that helped alot too and quickly dried out the pimple. So anyway give the product a try and make sure to wash morning and night. ---btw im only giving 4 stars because i havent been able to get my skin back to the way it use to look with this product---

Pros:

-Cleared my skin.
-Simple 3 step system.

Cons:

-They don't sell the 3 month supply at Costco anymore.

For years, I would breakout horribly on my forehead, while my skin on the other parts of my face stayed smooth. It was difficult to find something that worked for my acne, while not drying out the rest of my sensitive face. I used this, and it worked perfectly. I had clear skin the entire time I used it. Even after I stopped using, my skin stayed clear for about a year. I've bought it again, now that my acne is starting to come back. I hope for the same, awesome results!

Pros:

cleared skin fast.

Cons:

dryness at first.
stopped working needed to take time off from it.

this product cleared my skin up faster than I thought. it dried my skin to no end at first but I stuck with it and with a good moisturizer you'll be fine after a few weeks.. after a few months it stopped working for me though.. I thought I needed the stronger one so I tried AcneFree Severe. Did not work at all. Dried my skin beyond repair.. So I took a few months off AnceFree all together. Now I'm back on and it seems to be working great.

Pros:

So far so good! I am not great at remembering to use it, but when i do the acne does go away! SOO MUCH BETTER THAN PROACTIV. The commercials make me mad and the price is ridiculous for something that doesn't work! I hope it continues to clear up my skin.

Cons:

May dry up skin, so use moisturizer.

It's worth a try! Not everyone is the same but It will most likely work on you! DONT WASTE MONEY ON PROACTIV
