Hi has anyone read Acne No More by Mike Walden? Have you had any good results from it? Please let me know as I would like to try it but not sure because it seem a bit extreme and overwhelming.

So I really wanna try the regimen but I've read that it causes premature aging. Has anybody used benzoyl peroxide for a long time and experiences this?
