Wicky - no most of mine don't extract at all. I have one or two recurring bumps that sort of extract, and then come right back again. Most of the spots don't extract though.

Wicky - some of mine are enlarged oil glands too, but from what I understand about enlarged glands is that they don't extract. Mine shrink a bit sometimes too and other times are more noticeable.
