Putting acne scars aside for a moment, would the DHG be able to regrow all excised tissue (nerve endings, fat, and muscle fibers) where it would otherwise exist but for scar tissue that had formed?

If the DH is supposed result in scar-free healing, why does Gemstone feel that by incorporating growth factors and/or stem cells it will further enhance cell recruitment and vascularization to improve...

logic would dictate that the hydrogel, having no safety issues, would be tested right away on wounded soldiers.

According to the FB page it looks like the hydrogel will be going into clinical trials within 1 - 2 years. Why would it take so long to start clinical trials?
