I've been doing bochla's regimen in the morning and dan's at night.   I'm like 95% clear, I do however have small bumps, but you can't see them. I'm switching to bochla's now, I'll use dans once ...

use dan's bp...It gets rid of oil on your face, it dries your face. Use bochla's regimen.

I don't think you get stretch marks from acne...   I have them when I lost weight or when I gain muscle...so if you have notice some weight changes that may be it.
