has anyone gotten worse from using Fraxel?

Can Fraxel make things *worse* than they originally are? I am going in for a consultation tomorow for Fraxel. I'm a fitzpatrick IV-possibly V. So I am kinda worried it wouldn't even work for me.

Can Punch excision or related scar treatment be done on dark skinned people?  

Question to anyone who has had Fraxel: Is it safe for Asian/Indian skin tones? Like Tan-Light Brown?
