Yes, lasers won't do much at this stage. You need at least 5 subcision (maybe with fillers) sessions, and a few RF miconeedling. I have scars similar to yours and they improved quite well.

No none of the listed treatments should be what you start with. As @DjDoggpound says, subcision first, as many sessions as you can get till you see little results. It could be up to 10, and it's okay....

Definitely subcision first. You'll "soften" the scars with that. Do as many sessions of that until you see no result, then go on to RF microneedling.

Definitely try subcision first. Keep doing subcision until improvements are insignificant, then do other procedure for overall texture.
