I think you should use the lotion at night as well. Since the skin regenerates while sleeping, the moisturizer would be a good addition.

I used Cetaphil until I discovered Sebamed. Try their Liquid Face and Body Wash! I'd also recommend using a moisturizer too, since dryness aggravates acne.

Yeah, I typically do it once or twice a week since my skin's pretty sensitive. Hopefully that works for you

I'm wondering how often you're exfoliating? I've heard that doing it too frequently can cause breakouts.
