Ive had a pimple about a pea size with no head and under the skin for 4 days. its red and its not swollen anymore but the bump is still very noticeable and it feels hard when i press on it. ive been applying tea tree oil and vicks vapor rub because i read that it can make the pimple come to a head. i havent been using BP on it because its under the skin. what else can i try?

I get acne like this sometimes, and I usually use Pixi Glow Tonic after cleansing with Sebamed Cleansing Bar :)

You can try a spot treatment that has salicylic acid to help soften the skin and unclog the pore.
