You could try chemical peels. I am in the same boat it sucks so much (i'm 23) and none of my friends or even my younger brothers have acne. For me eating healthy seems to help alot

Definitely go for Accutane if you ask me, it helped my skin 100% and I didn't get many bad side effects besides dryness (I too have mental disorders running in my family)
