Yep,   After following this religiously for 6 months my skin is no better...   Well I say its no better, I do get slightly less cystic acne now than then, but nevertheless I still get spots ...

Does anyone know anywhere in the UK that stocks these decent price net or not? I went Holland & Barrett but their £9 for 100!
