Within a week most of the small acne has disappeared leaving only the 7 large welts that burst in the first week but are still inflamed. Hopefully week 2 or 3 of this medication will treat those in combination with a topical.ConsTho Amoxicillin does and will treat acne effectively, it is not a commonly recommended drug as it can be rather harsh on your body if taken long term. Must take with food or it will rot your guts.In the past I have used Tetracycline with no results…
