2 stupid questions:   1. How am I supposed to divide it to 1:8 of water and vinegar and 2. Am I supposed to cleanse my face with water afterwards?

I found using Baking Soda and ACV.....creates the perfect pH for the Skin. Bs alone or ACV alone...just caused me issue's.... use em both..
