Wow, with 81 pages, with mostly successful stories!

Delna, I'm really tempted to try this regimen. But I've learned my lesson over the years to not try a completely new regimen in one day. I'm eager to get rid of these red marks, so which of your Kitchen Gods do you think I should try first? :P

The mask? Baking soda exfoliation?

thank you! :)

Do you mix the yolk + egg white or just egg white with lemon?

I've got a question regarding the application of apple cider vinegar after the baking soda "scrub". Is it really necessary? lol. My skin becomes clear as day after I use the baking soda regimen, but putting the ACV on my skin turns it pinkish - in other words, I'm wondering if its counter-productive?

Also, has anyone heard of Bioskincare? Its what I use after I wash ACV from my face - its apparently great for treating acne scars and acne. Although it too leaves a bit of rosiness in my cheeks ... Should I continue sticking with it?

Otherwise, I could use some organic jojoba oil - which is also good for acne, but since its an oil I'm worried it will clog up my pores and only lead to more breakouts.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? I really want to get rid of these damn red marks and scars!!!

Cheers.

Can someone tell me which part of the regimen fades the redmarks? Is it the eggwhite mask/Vinegar/Baking soda? Because I don't want to exfoliate more than I already am.

Thanks

From the bottom of my heart... I wanna Thank You delna!~

For anyone curious about trying this Method... Give it a try. What ya gotta lose besides your red marks? You may be worried about breaking out or trying something so drastic like Baking Soda.

But if you never try, you'll never know.

My routine:

-Morning

Wake up and wash with luke warm water. No shower, No Cleanser. I just give it a quick little clean with my hands in a gentle way. then I'll use cool water to close pores.

During the day the most important thing is AVOID touching your face. You'd be surprised how we all do it without noticing so just DONT DO IT. keep some kleenex nearby for when u have an itch...cuz god knows what on our hands....so do we really want that on our face?

-Night

I take a quick warm shower and use Clearasil Daily Face Wash(sensitive). without drying my face I head straight to the Baking soda and make a nice paste. After a few minutes of gentle circle's I'll rinse off with luke warm water. Then I'll dry ever so gently. Now I take out the "organic" ACV and I started off with 1:8 ACV to water...but I've slowly worked it up to 1:1 and I'll grab a cotton ball and give it good coverage. I leave it on for bout 10 minutes then I rinse off with room temp water and finally cool water to close pores.

Some days I'll do the eggwhite but I find it really dry's me out. So by the time I fall asleep....my face is dying for moisture and it produces more sebum. which in turn usually causes me more acne. Oh and moisturizes really break me out so I find avoiding them really helped me. Sensitive skin is a b#$@$.

Only other thing I should mention is if you havn't you should look into supplements.

I've taken every sorts and found Zinc and Vit A to really help. so look into it and remember these Rules!

-DONT TOUCH YOUR FACE

-YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

-DRINK LOTSA WATER

-KEEP NOOKIE NOOKIE UNDER CONTROL.

And most important...

BE GENTLE.....if your using 10 products to help fight the issue...your skin will be confused.... I've used everything you can imagine but now I only use 1 cleanser and thats it! The less you worry about your skin and keep things simple...the more success you may have. I've always been worried about my skin but the less and less I worry... the better it becomes... so LESS IS MORE PEOPLE....and Delna is a godess...

sorry to ramble on like this...but give it a try folks... I'm just sad I didn't see this earlier.

Kudos Delna!~

this looks interesting, and i'd like to try it but i am on dkr and i'm not sure if it would go well with the regimen. actually i'm thinking of just doing the baking soda and egg white mask but not the apple cider vineagar. i'm not sure if this has been asked before on this post, but has someone been using this while on dan kern's regimen? if so, did it make you break out at all and did you do it everyday? thanks a lot to anyone who responds!

I found using Baking Soda and ACV.....creates the perfect pH for the Skin. Bs alone or ACV alone...just caused me issue's.... use em both..

I tried the eggwhite/lemon mask tonight. Didn't have fresh lemons, so used a few drops from the bottle, dunno if that's OK, also the mask was very runny almost like water, so I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be or not  hopefully this thing works as I've been clear of acne for a good three months now and have only these red/brown marks on my face and they never seem to go away. I'll keep updating my progress, really hoping I have the same success as most people have been having with this regimen

Hi i tried baking soda with cetaphil gentle cleaner for the first time today and i have to be honest its done an amazing thing for my first time application....i didnt realize i had sooo much dead skin cells, which just basically came off. skin feels awsome so smooth and pores seem tighter straight away.

well this is only day one and i just wanted to get some feed back if applying emu oil after baking soda is fine. as its ph balance close to human skin anyways.

Also i use isotrex at night so would it be better to exfoliate with baking soda in the morning or before i apply my gel.

How long does whipped eggwhite stay fresh in the fridge? Do you use a new egg every single day for this?

From my own experience and from what I read, I am still unsure how this isn't causing complications with your skin. No matter if you using baking soda then ACV immediately there after, your skins pH is still out of balance as soon as you touch your face with baking soda...no matter how fast you apply the ACV, you cannot "balance" out your pH. That is a proven fact.

2 stupid questions:

1. How am I supposed to divide it to 1:8 of water and vinegar and

2. Am I supposed to cleanse my face with water afterwards?

well then here's your 2 stupid answers ;)

1. Pour 1 cap full of ACV into a glass, Then pour 8 cap fulls of Water into the Glass, Mix and Apply. After a few weeks slowly work it down to 1:7 1:6 1:5 and so on. I'm currently doing 1 :1 and my skin has finally adjusted to the strength but take it slow, let the skin adapt.

2:

Wash with a Gentle Cleanser. Rinse with warm water...and before you dry do the Baking Soda Scrub. Rinse with warm water again and dry off with a kleenex. Then add the ACV all over and let it sit on for about 10 minute's then rinse off with warm coolish water. You wanna keep your pores open during this process then once you rinsed off the ACV, you can rinse with cool-cold water to close your pores. Dry and some people add spot treatment but I skip it.

Works for me

It's kinda late and my answer's prolly confusing so lemme know if you need further detailz!~

I've got really sensitive skin which Bp love's to tear apart. Only thing bp does for me, is bring things to a head. And even then theirs alternate ways of doing so. Hot compress is my method. Any way you get off the chemicals will help you in the long run.

You may break out from not using BP, but think of how harsh your skin will be down the road. The sooner your skin adjusts to regular treatment of just water, the better. Slowly reduce the amount you use until you feel comfortable to stop.

I'm really lov'n the BakindSoda, It works great to exfoliate the skin. As long as your gentle and follow delna's steps, You'll see improvement.

Oh and... DONT TOUCH,POKE,PINCH,SQUEEZE or anything to harm your skin. ;)
