Maybe us just me... But I start to feel that there are 2-3, maybe more types of ppl here and we get bit lost.. 1) there is group of ppl with wounds with white deep embedded plugs in some random spots...

I also think X agree personally, without any medical or scientific evidences as I live in UK and here those things are treated by GPs who usually do not want to follow thru with dermatology referrals,...
