I don't know if they are tethered. I'm doing subcision this week. I hope it gets better. I really don't think Rf microneedling is better than Fraxel or dermarolling.

I have done Fraxel laser (4 times), dermaroller (more than 15 times) and dermabrasion (more than 20 times)- Any thoughts would be appreciated.
