Is there any tethering cos most likely only subsicion will release them,you kind of got rolling scar thats tethered,like a boxcar/rolling type hybrid (sorry the made up name) the scarring is under the skin but theres tethering?
Rf microneedling should bring some improvement but i am yet to delve into it so cant give sn honest opinion but the scar is under the skin so under the skin you must work.subcision releases tethers,fillers plump the scar out allowing tome for body to fill some of the void while healing.
rf microneedling should encourage collagen production/griwth and encourage new fibre growth.
tca peels will help for the pores.if you look at the tiny bumps on your face they are not tiny bumps,them ate tiny scars like scarred pores causing indentation so you see the indent not raised bump or skin,its kind of am illusion,makes you think its raised when its not,just a tiny roll where theres a scarred pore/scar. but depending on your skin and how it heals tca might be slow progress but it will gradualy work.
one thing to note,dont lose weight and regain it while treating your skin as fat loss changes your face appearance and your treating scars.you think your getting somewhere and lost weight,you put weight on and it makes your face look scarred again as the collagen appears and gets treated differently when you got more or less fat.
so try to keep your weight normal so your appearance is normal.

I got my 2nd treatment just this week and it REALLY made a noticeable difference. I would say I got at least 50% improvement from the first treatment. I'm still waiting for the swelling to go down but I'm quite hopeful that I would gain even further improvement from this second treatment.
The downside is that Infini is expensive in comparison to other treatments. However, check around. I'm getting mine from a medspa, paying only $1000 per treatment, whereas PS and derms charge helluva lot more...some asking twice as much. It might be even cheaper if you live outside of major metro areas, or out of USA altogether for that matter.
Anyway, despite its high cost, I believe Infini will pay itself in the long run. I've seen people who ended up losing an arm and a leg paying for worthless treatments like lasers, peels, and whatnot. Yes, they work to a some degree but nothing you would write home about. Infini could be a game changer in that regard.
I really don't thinkInfini RF is better than Fraxel.

Is Infini comparable to Intracel?

Intracel vs Infini
I know Infini well and have been briefed on the Intracel. I understand that the Intracel needles can go a maximum depth of 2 mm vs Infini's 3.5mm. I know the Intracel touts that it has monopolar possibilities to make it go deeper. However, how far the energy goes in the monopolar mode is not exactly known. It is better to place the energy exactly with the needles as does the Infini. The big question is do you need more than 2mm depth for treating acne scars. For most people, that answer is no.

You think Intracel could work as well as Infini does?
@Leon1994
Intracel is the same and it's fine, it's insulated microneedles. Also Intensif, secret rf, vivance all have insulated microneedles.
By the way while I like the Infini, that is marketing to compare the 3.5mm depth. Were not going for fat here, but I suppose it depends on ones skin thickness (Varies). 1-2mm is fine for most people. I have had friends who have used all the machines especially the Intracel with great results as well.
@Sirius Lee
I would be very happy if you could show me some before and after pics, please @NoScarPlz
Can you please keep us updating if subcision has worked for you?

Scarring under the upper layers of skin need to be tackling where they are,tca will help slightly but isnt solution for the deficient stuff.
i wouldnt dermaroll,frankly i boticed it made my skin texture and scarring worse.if you did any rolling i would be carefull as it can mulch your face up and your skin kinda reminds me of mine when i did rolling before i did tca work.
rolling made my face look like the sand when the sea gos out if you get my drift?i stopped and did cross on my ice picks for 3 months,3 sessions at home,diy.
then i switched to tca peels,25% and it cleared up all the mulching,it realy works but it is now 7 months of tca peel work i done,now i switch to higher %,more like 30%+ and try to realy get at the mid layers better.
i got similar scarring but i got rid of a lot of the tiny wobbly stuff (if i can say that) with peels,so i can say it will help based on the pics.
tca peel on the rolly boxcar dippy stuff is touch and go,its hard to influence the lower levels of the skin,swelling and sleep kinda help but you only get minor improvement.
subcision i have yet to do,gotta save my £s.but yes,subscion will help the bigger stuff but you got scarred pores,subcision might not do much for them,rolling wont help them,tca will slowly etadicate or lessen them for sure.
Do you have any pics of your improvement?
Thank you for sharing the pics 🙂 Without HD filter I wouldn't even think you have acne scars, just typical rough skin for real men Don't worry you are definitely not ugly and now one looks at you from that perspective in that worse lighting with a HD filter 😉 Keep your head up and maybe you can give me some updates when you've finished the Infiniy treatment
The realy best way to do it is have light,doing it with shadows hides the stuff like boxcar and pores,shadowed light shows undulations and most undulation is located in the lower skin,collagen and fat.
a lit room at night with light above,tilt head and take selfie.this way we see whats a scarred pore,what a boxcar,whats a rolling rather than just undulations.
this is why its hard to make out the scarring.
you can treat ice picks with tca cross,boxcar with tca peel and even scarred pores with peel but deficient,ie:scarring below the skin has to be invasive,tca will have to be strong for deep scarring under the skin.
a boxcar has a defined scar bottom that the tca can break up,it kinda makes it go stodgey and then it heals.
rolling kinda just sink and the damage is lower in the skin where tca cant reach.
ice picks can be treated with tca as long as you can get the tca in the bottom like a boxcar and scarred pores are like tiny boxcar usualy with a small amount of roll (just ever so slighty) and that created this orange puffy look to skin,its not puffed is a small undulation.
so pics with color and lighting above from a bathroom or living room realy shows scarring better as we see what type of scar it is rather than the scar in the lower layers of skin.

I have rolling scars. All of my scars are rolling.
