I've had the same on some part of my face before and my derma suggested a very effective product called betamethasone/miconazole cream it treated it in just days! its an amazing product!

I suggest you try products with glycolic acid and if you can do weekly, try applying fullers earth, bentonite or french green clay mask as an anti acne treatment too.

Some are blackheads. I don't know what the other ones are but you may try using a glycolic soap or mask such as fullers earth or bentonite clay. regards
