Maybe you're over moisturizing.. This can be bad because you're using the lotion and natural oils for the dry skin. It can cause the breaks out to be worse. Try a little less lotion.

I'm having a similar issue.. For the past month or so I've had very peely skin with tons of break outs all around my mouth. I've tried many prescribed creams, meds, and soaps but nothing seems to work...
