Have you tried icing it? I hear that works well for this type of pimple.   Btw, don't pierce it. It'll bleed and won't be a good thing in any way.

I'm thinking about doing this. My face has only gotten worse by using a wash every evening.

I get this often. It was far worse when I messed around with Benzoyl Peroxide a while ago.   I wish I could explain it.
