Pros

antimicrobial, antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, soothing, anti-candida, great for hair, as a face moisturizer, clears up acne

Cons

eye irritant, make sure to buy 100% unrefined virgin coconut oil (not milk, organic recommended but haven't noticed a big difference)

I absolutely LOVE virgin unrefined coconut oil for my skin!…
