Pros

None to speak of as yet apart from my psoriasis clearing up.

Cons

very dry nose, very fragile skin, very dry lips, bad aches in my olwer legs and back, extreme sweating, bad mood swings. no holiday to egypt this year and no alchohol. the alchohol thing is just my choice.
