Even if it does effect your work outs, think about it this way... 6 months of subpar work outs for potentially a life time of clear skin!

Yeah, it's different for everyone. As hard as it is, you just have to be patient because the chances are that you will be clear by the end of your course. Hope you get good results!

I'm on accutane right now but I wash with a cleanser at night and only water in the morning.

Depending on what kind of meds you have already tried, perhaps accutane may be an option if it is as severe as you say. It is kind of a last resort but if you're in physical pain it might be worth it....

not personally and I'm guessing it's not too common because I haven't seen anyone else post about shortness of breath. I would probably consult your doctor to be on the safe side.

Acne makes me depressed. Accutane is my antidepressant lol haha same here.

not sure what the gel is that you are using but if you are on accutane, to my knowledge you should only be using a very gentle cleanser and moisturizer.

Everyone says Dans AHA works wonders but you can't use it till you're done accutane.
