Should always use a cleanser that is acidic with PH near to that of your skin. Alkaline cleanser are drying & do harm to skin natural barrier in the long term. I use hospigel.

Hi, Try putting a rubber band on your wrist. Each time you wanna prick at your zits pull the rubber band hard.

Doxy takes a little time to work but its very effective. probably clear you up in 2 - 3 months time.
