Try spot treating with benzoyl peroxide. That helped me.

Yes this is normal. I use it just as a spot treatment and this happens to me.

I had some of these as a result from using the wrong foundation. Letting my skin breathe and using 2.5% benzoyl peroxide as well as using chemical exfoliation every two weeks help my skin

You should maybe try out a chemical exfoliant. But make sure you wear spf during the day.
