If these are closed comedones how can I get rid of them? I™ve been using curology for about a little more than 2 weeks but I haven™t seen any noticeable changes. I need to get these off my face as soon as I can. I used to have flawless skin and after using so many products that were too harsh on my face my face is messed up:((
