OP, I'd be careful when you say acne will lead to diabetes.

A good face wash to try is cetaphil - I use it and have very very sensitive rosacea skin - it won't irritate your skin while you wait to see the dermatologist.

You definitely need to moisturise whilst using BP - I'd recommend cetaphil because it is quite mild, and oil free.
