Maybe because you're anemic? It lowers down blood pressure. Don't drink it if you have anemia.

Be careful with b complex guys because it broke me out like crazy. I didn't even know it was the cause since I realized it's the only new thing on my regimen. I've drank it for 50 days and gave me more than 60 active pimples. 🙁 Anyways. I'm 3 week b complex free and my acne cleared up dramatically. Just dark spots. Be careful!!
