I never took supplements with Accutane, however, as a PP mentioned, avoid Vitamin A. Accutane already has Vitamin A, and it's possible to "overdose" on Vitamin A.

I would wait until it clears up, mostly because the skin around your nose will be pretty raw, and you should have it healed up as best you can before starting.
