You should start with a combo of subcision and CROSS (phenol or TCA). Add filler to keep the scars from retethering or go with sculptra if the dermatologist offers that with subcision.

Look into CROSS for the ice picks and boxcars. Subcision with filler would be great for the forehead and temple. No laser will fix this, so if a derm suggests lasers look for another doctor.

I'd for sure do CROSS (try phenol instead of TCA if possible since you're Asian). I see some rolling so a few subcision treatments would be good. If you have the money try sculptra with your subcision...
