Welcome to the fight! Definitely dont start with lasers. CROSS and subcision will be your best bet with your scarring. You might start with CROSS first before doing subcision, to see how you respond before investing more.

Yes @superburritois right - DO NOT start with lasers. It may feel like it's working after a few sessions but it's just skin tightening and improved texture - your scars will return. Go full on subcision and TCA cross. You can go on to lasers to even things out later.

I'd for sure do CROSS (try phenol instead of TCA if possible since you're Asian). I see some rolling so a few subcision treatments would be good. If you have the money try sculptra with your subcisions. If not you can do chinese cupping. You can also try microneedling before considering lasers. Lasers would not work for the scars you have. Can considera laser like erbium ablativeor chemical peels once scars are leveled with the rest of the face for texture issues that CROSS can cause.

As others have stated, start with CROSS and sub first. Lasers/energy devices last for resurfacing.
