I don't like spot treatments. I'm pretty much at the stage where once I have a zit, i'm pissed because it exists and spot treatment is not even close to a method of controlling acne. That said, this really works for me. A dab of it speeds up the healing time of zits (that have come to the surface or have been broken...) to overnight. It also heals cuts, bruises, burns and insect bites incredibly quickly (truly). The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because its noticeably smelly and shiny, so if you have it on during the day it's noticeable. However, that can't really be avoided as it's got oil and lots of plant-based ingredients.
