Red Marks go away on their own, they always do. Indented marks NEVER go away on their own. Fortunately I cant see any indented marks from the photos you displayed.

The more crap you put on your acne and red marks, the slower they heal. All those harsh ingredients such as BP slow the stage for recovery. Same goes for the harsher face washes like the Cetaphil foam...
