Hey guys, I found a discussion about the Dr. Mamelak. I think he did a good job on subcision. Still not sure about TCA cross though.

Just check sanova web site. I don't think they have INFINI, but they do have elos plus. Not sure microneedling + elos plus will be as good as INFINI.
