After about a year, I'm back to this message board. I've been taking about 2grams of B5 a day for about 6 years now. It pretty much keeps my skin clear. Every now and then, I get dermatitis on my hand...

hmm...make up for men......   i'd appreciate some info on how to use it.for how long can use it - all day? Won't it actually worsen your acne?
