And also, I've seen like 3 different cetaphil cleansers; facial, all skin types, and normal. And 2 different cetaphil moisturisers; lotion and cream, have heard the cream is better, any advice? Cheers

Okay thanks, that's brilliant. Unfortunately my cleanser and moisturiser are for acne prone skin so I think I too, will go for the cetaphil cleanser after hearing good things about it. Any suggestions...

Oh aha sorry, yes, and whether or not to still use the exfoliator. I'm using the freederm facial cleanser, and simple spot cleansing moisturising cream. Thanks for your help by the way
