Ziana is a Clindamycin + Tretinoin .0025% or something along those lines.       You're FAR better off with Benzaclin. Just beat the drying effects and irritation with a GOOD moisturize...

It works for me..but i also use Benzaclin...i have both Clindamycin and Benzaclin....when i don't want to strip my face of it's moisture, i use Clindamycin and it seems to really work for me..
