Yes I take it with a high fat meal, but that doesn’t mean it has to be unhealthy! The only side effects I have had so far are dry skin which is making it quite reddish, but nothing I can’t handle.

Mine actually fell off completely.

Large pore are often a result of dry skin, which makes sense of Accutane. The dryer your skin the more your pores will open up to try and self moisturize.
