I'm pretty sure accutane doesn't effect DHT levels. I took accutane for about a year when I was 16 along with 3 friends of mine, none of us had any problem with penis growth. I think your penis is pretty much done growing by the time you would need accutane. It sounds like you just have a small penis, sorry bud.

You testosteone will be diminished because of accuatne and subsequently so will your DHT.
This will effect the size of your penis.
Many men report their penis size reducing during and after accutane regardless of puberty.
Accutane causes erectile dysfunction and diminished libido both of which seem to be permanent. (PIL being updated to include these side effects)
