jaroh_05 i got Maxi-peel from a Chinese store here, grabe hindi ako makalabas ng bahay!!! my face was so red and it's peeling. it's only the #2 MP, i almost bought #3 haha, buti na lang hindi.
well i find acne plus works best on already inflamed acne. if treated with early the acne will be gone in no time. i went to the site of mercury drug and did a drug search. It says the product is Rx but i don't really know why it should be in Rx.
have you guys tried panoxyl for inflamed acnes? that's the most popular product in the philippines against acne. and you don't need prescription. i'm just not sure if it works well.
hey sorry for the late reply.
no i'm not using CSR.. i can't afford the shipping blabla. it's such a hassle to order CSR. I've been using Benzac Wash. my skin got used to it. I only got great results after four months. now i want to switch to Benzac GEl because it doesn't leave any whitish liquid. But i'm afriad changing products will break me out.
uhh 8 weeks walang improvement ba talaga?
Hello all. I've been using Cetaphil cleanser and PanOxyl AcneGel 2.5% for the last couple of days and because nothing terrible has happened to my face just yet, I'm being cautiously optimistic about it. Anyway, a question:
Neutrogena Moisture 100ml (click here for image of product) costs P572. I reluctantly shelled out the money for it but I don't think I'll be able to convince myself to pay for it the second time around. True, it's way cheaper than going to a dermatologist to get my pimples pricked and basically get my face poked and prodded by sharp metallic instruments but still, I find it just too expensive for a mere moisturizer! I don't exactly have endless wads of five hundred dollar bills stuffed in my pockets, if you know what I mean.
Can anyone recommend more affordable moisturizers that are available in the Philippines?

musta peeps!
my acne is cause by hormonal flare-ups, meaning i get the bad breakouts only when my period is about to start. i've been reading in another thread here at acne.org that US users take medication called "Aleve" (generic name: Naproxen). do they sell Aleve at Mercury or any drugstores here? any advice would be appreciated
i've ordered and received dan kern's products a few days ago. i've tried using them once and experienced extreme swelling (allergic reaction to benzoyl peroxide). therefore, i have decided to sell the remaining 3 tubes of hydrogen peroxide (unopened, sealed). i think 1200 pesos is a fair price. i am currently living in bf homes, paranaque so the closer you live, the better (unless you're willing to pay for DHL or FedEx). so if you're interested, please e-mail me at yeoibom_blue@yahoo.com
p.s. if this is somehow illegal, please let me know. i mean no harm to anyone.
Stateside ako, pero noong umuwi ako ng Pinas, sinubukan ko ang Biolink at Godiva skin care. Biolink is nice, but I think you shouldn't use it if your skin is sensitive, but it is definitely a good alternative to Eskinol products. Godiva is really nice. Parang mas gusto ng skin ko ang Godiva because it's formulas are very minimalist, ibig sabihin, less ingredients, less chance for skin irritation. I've tried tons of products available here in the USA, but I've found that the Godiva line has irritated my skin the least, and has not broken me out. Go figure huh? I didn't really notice my skin looking any lighter, and that's not really my goal either, but it looks like it helped brighten my skin and even it out somewhat. The Licowhite Skin Brightening Creme definitely helps to sooth my face after a shave. Well, that's just my two cents, maka-pilipino ako, haha
