Hi everyone!  I find myself stressed and sad because at the age of 29 I am getting acne.  For 6 months I have been getting hard pimples that are leaving a mark, they come out one by one and sometimes they are not so big.  I have become depressed because I no longer know what to do.  I have been to the dermatologist and they prescribed creams and sometimes antibiotics, but in the end the pimples still leave marks.  I don't know what types of pimples are or how to treat them, or how to prevent them.  Do you think you can help me?  Thank you.5B7E0BDF-709D-4A5E-B7D8-131F5FE09897.jpeg.8b09fc7c5a7b3ad8155e0787ce03e74b.jpegCC02435B-8061-4232-91DE-7C9FA8CCD77D.jpeg.cbe5230070620f0e16c7a696b84152e2.jpegEF082E4E-BAFA-47F2-9CD0-4BB419EBAA94.jpeg.a48a9dc0f8cb53bd8a0fd07eca1a9d9a.jpeg212107C7-A0DE-40A3-94D8-F1847D171CE7.jpeg.de710f4fa8f957508f006e15eb04c8e3.jpeg

The regimen should clear you right up.

Then, you might want to try low-carb or keto diet to reduce inflammation in your body to get to the root of the issue.

Also, it's a good idea to take some fish oil pills and a 30-50mg zinc gluconate pill each day to help keep this stuff calmed down.

Home remedies

  1. Use a gentle cleanser to clean problem areas.
  2. To dry excess oil and promote peeling, use over-the-counter acne products.
  3. Irritants should be avoided.
  4. Sunscreen should be applied to your skin.
  5. Avoid rubbing or applying pressure to your skin.
  6. Touching or picking at acne-prone areas is not recommended.
  7. After strenuous activities, take a shower.
