The formula of maintaining a healthy skin

Hello!

I'm a Asian man in my late 30s.

Until my teens and mid-twenties, I suffered from acne. I've used a lot of popular treatments and good products. However, most of them didn't worked well as I thought, and only gave me gradual improvements.

Now, I have been maintaining a healthy and clean skin for about 10 years. The recovery period took about 2 to 3 years. The secret of making my skin healthy was 

- Maintaining healthy eating habits (Consumed natural raw, organic raw food. Not consuming foods that contain artificial additives or chemical ingredients, etc)

- Exercised with sweat (30 mins to 1 hour per time): I worked at the gym

- Lived a consistent lifestyle: Woke up and went to bed at certain times, ate my meals on time. Also, my military life was helpful.
