May be you need subcision and filler in this case or filler itself if not tethered. But you need to find a very experienced derm for this case since lots of vascular present in that area and any mistake might lead to blindness.

Fillers would make a huge difference there.

Most derm won't perform subcision there isn't it's too close to the eyes.

Make sure you find a good dermatologist because cannulating or injecting into an artery or vein can cause permanent blindness since it's close to the eyes.

It can. I've applied TCA to a sliced scar and it showed very good result. But it will require numerous applications over a long time.

As for usingfiller, the final result will not look good when there's any deep line or demarcation (like a boxcar edge). You want to smooth out any hard lines first, then get filler. Subcision wouldn't be such a bad idea as already mentioned. Major arteries usually run along the sides of the nose, so no big worries about possible blindness.

I have the exact same scar.  I did filler and it made it worse.  It just raised it and I swear it looks more like a deep frown line than a scar now.
