Ordered the wrong size when checking out, how can I contact them so I can fix this?

Hi,

 

When buying from acne.org, I typically buy in bulk as cost of shipping is quite expensive. However, when I finished paying, I realized I had ordered the wrong size of cleanser and I want to make sure they are able to change my order before shipping. Am I SOL as its the weekend?

I'm being told that they did not receive my email until after they had shipped it out. Doesn't look like I will be able to get it changed. I really wish there was a phone number I could have called to rectify this situation on the weekend.
