You mostly show a combination of boxcar and rolling scars. With any scars, you will want to minimize the appearance of harsh lines that can accentuate the scar. For example, boxcar scarcomes with a distinct border. Whenever the light bounces off the edge, voila, your scar becomes magnified. Just smoothing out these harsh edges alone will greatly blur the scar. The most ideal treatment for treating boxcar edge would be TCA.
Once the boxcar loses its edge, it will look more like a rolling scar (wavy undulation). As long as these scars are not tethered, you can then go in with dermal filler to level the skin. If they're tethered, you will need subcision to cut the scar fibers.
