TCA Cross would be beneficial to the narrow and deep scars. Subcision would help rolling scars. After that, you can look into microneedling, peels, and lastly, lasers.

Not all doctors are experienced or perform Cross and subcision so do your research online.

As @Amanda Hall suggested, I would go with subcision for both rolling scars and boxcars, which will break up any tethered scar bands, and TCA to even out the boxcar edges. Just ironing out those hard edges alone will help a lot. You will need multiple treatments spaced out 3 months apart. Remember to keep us informed of your progress. Good luck!
