Hello, I have been trying many products for years but was never patient enough to stick with any. Currently I sometimes use dermaroller for example, and sometimes use moisturizers and such, but the acne scars remain. This is how my acne scars currently looks like: https://imgur.com/a/G80mbt5
What is best way to fix the acne scaring and some color change that came about due to the scars(some parts kinda darker than others)? What product do you recommend? Currently I have these:
1) The Ordinary AHA 30% BHA 2%
2) Kleem Organics Professional Age-Defying Vitamin C serum
3) Nitrogena Hydro Boost gel-cream
4) And cheap dermaroller I found at ebay
So, ya, I am a guy who is in his 20s, and had acne scars for years. Had acne since end of elementary school, and lasted a long time. I did not like the acne things around my face, so I scratched it often(hard to make friends because of it? Not sure), and as result, I have had acne scars for a long time. Some people may say my problems are not much, but it has been bothering me from time to time, and if I can fix it, it will help remove 1 more thing stuck in my mind!
I was thinking of trying to do some skin lifting and such, but I thought maybe that is going a bit too far with my current condition. I also have a wrinkle thing on my forehead and not sure if any of those cream or derma roller will fix that. Two horizontal line of wrinkle whenever I kinda look up.

You display all 3 scar types: boxcar, icepick and rolling scars. Before embarking on any treatment, it's very important that you take the time to learn everything about different types of scars and how they react to currently available treatments. This will allow you to make informed choices and, ultimately, not fritter away your hard earned cash. "Blindly" following the advice of others can be detrimental in the long run when it comes to scar revision.
Here's a very brief rundown of treatments available for each scar:
Icepick scar, depending on the depth, is usually addressed by TCA.
Boxcar scar, depending on severity, is addressed by various treatment protocols including TCA, subcision, RF microneedling, and laser.
Rolling scar, depending on severity, is addressed by subcision and RF microneedling.
Some things to consider. Almost all of these treatments are pretty invasive and require downtime. Moreover, considering that scar revision requires multiple treatments, they can be quite expensive.

Subcision is done with a cannula and, to me, it's the safest treatment in that recovery is easy and the risks are low. Some doctors will use a Nokor needle and those have higher risks including hemotomas.
TCA Cross will be for the deeper scars that lasers can't pick up and subcision needles won't lift. A series of 4-6 treatments should yield at least decent results (everything is subjective). The risk of this procedure is the scar widening and deepening. Doesn't mean it's going to happen but it has to other people and it is a risk. However, the good news is that while scars widen, they usually become shallower - this tradeoff is worth it to many.
Lasers are usually performed after everything is raised.
